Wouldn't it be a lot easier if instead of having pokemon's HP be 10/10 be the 'mon's acutal HP score? Like, Magmar would have 333 (his lvl 100 HP score) max HP, not 10. Then we could use the calc. that Raik posted...i think that would be a good idea . And also, battles would be more realistic. Like, right now Blissey takes 1.5 damage from confusion...in reality that is WAY more damage than her HP score should allow. Battles are also a bit short w/ the 10/10 thing...too short...just an idea though...

Well, I'm no ref but I think they actually do take the Pokemon's HP into consideration when calculating damage and they just show it on the 10/10 scale. But, yes, I think it'd also be alot easier to show the actual HP as in the game.

Well its good but its an idea for my RPG so if u used it now, I think you will say "TAMER YOU ARE BANNED FOR COPYING THE URPG" so its not OKEY for me!

Ok DA already made a calculator almost exactly like this and it converts to 10/10 mode. Why don't you guys just get that

first off, confusion damage on Blissey is .5 damage.
the 10/10 scale is easier to do than the full health. plus as far as i know, the URPG has gone with that scale since it started and i don't see any reason we need to change it now. there is nothing wrong with it.
